Are you able to join us for a short one hour door knocking event this Sunday 6 October 2024 from 10.45am?

We are ‘testing the tech’ on our new door knocking program, and are seeking small teams of doorknocking volunteers.

Who: Any available door knocking volunteers.

When: Sunday 6 October 2024 meeting at 10.45am for an 11am to 12pm door knocking session (to be followed by an informal BBQ with other Wodonga volunteers at 12-2pm).

What: We are keen to ‘test the tech’ on our new door knocking program and ask Wodonga citizens what issues they care about. We will form teams of two to door knock a small area of Wodonga. We will follow this with an informal gathering at the Belvoir Park BBQ. Please bring your fully charged mobile phone. If you want to join other volunteers after the door knocking session, please also bring food to share and your own chair. BBQ is provided

Where: Door Knocking volunteers will meet initially at the Belvoir Park BBQ area, Reuss Road, Wodonga (opposite the Belvoir Park Dog Park). Go north along Church Street, Wodonga. Turn left into Reuss Road. Drive around the Belvoir Park Lake to the north west shore and park near the Belvoir Park BBQ areas
